It all started with a BBQ smoker and a BBQ cook-off.
When Billy and Darlene Klein, won our first state level BBQ competition in Oklahoma. We then took our recipes and cooking style to the American Royal in Kansas City, where we won our first, of what would be many, national trophy for BBQ. Soon the name Klein became synonymous with great food. We began cooking for friends events and as word spread, decided to expand to a full-time business still retaining that down-home feel to every event catered.
Since then, Klein’s Catering has served hundreds of organizations, helped to celebrate just as many weddings and birthdays, and feeding Oklahoman’s like their last name were Klein. If we have catered for you, you know what we mean when we say "Feeding you like family."
In late 2011, Klein’s Catering completed the expansion to our state-of-the-art 2,000 sq. ft. facility. This expansion has enabled Klein's Catering to extend our services.
